Troubleshooting to resolve problems in injection moulding

Date

Start

17 Nov 26

End

19 Nov 26

Target

Professionals and other interested parties wishing to develop their knowledge in the field of injection moulding.

General Objectives

To equip trainees with the skills to identify the different types of effects associated with the manufacture of plastic parts by injection moulding and to take the appropriate action to eliminate defects and their consequent impact on the production process.

Specific Objectives

• Recognise the main problem areas that may affect the moulded part.
• Recognise potential problems and defects in parts that may arise during the injection moulding process, as well as possible solutions.
• Understand the methodology for process definition.
• Identify the most common defects in moulded parts.
• Understand potential problem-solving strategies for eliminating defects.
• Resolve production problems in injection-moulded parts.
